This deck is the archtype of the " Cyber Dragon " cards: Cyber Dragon , Cyber Barrier Dragon , Cyber Laser Dragon , Proto-Cyber Dragon , Cyber End Dragon , Cyber Twin Dragon , Chimeratech Fortress Dragon , and Chimeratech Overdragon .
The general strategy for these cards is not to lose and to summon the stronger Fusion Monsters even if it means taking a "liberal" interpertation of the rules. If building a deck around these cards use strong Machine type monster cards to help keep the field clear and to unleash the devastating powers of the "Chimeratech" cards. Use cards like the VWXYZ series, Heavy Mech Support Platform for support, The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion for easy summon of "Cyber End" and "Cyber Twin" dragons. If you use these Monsters, you can use Honest to support them. Perfect Machine King for a back up for this deck. Limiter Removal for powering up the cards. DNA Surgery and Super Polymerization are also good cards to include, since it allows you to use your opponents monsters for Chimeratech Fortress Dragon or Chimeratech Overdragon , as well as clearing your opponents field for an easy OTK!!!!!!
There is a deadly combo that uses 2 Chimeratech Overdragons, a Future Fusion and Overload Fusion often resulting in a Chimeratech Overdragon with over a 10000 meter d. This is done by first using Future Fusion to select Chimeratech Overdragon as the fusion target, then sending as many machine-type monsters from your deck as possible as its Fusion Materials. Then, you can activate Overload Fusion to remove from play all Machine-Type monsters from your Graveyard, by now having +15 thanks to Future Fusion . Thus if you had, say, 18 machines in the Graveyard, 18 * 800 = 14600! Easy as that! Also, if you wait until the first Chimeratech Overdragon summons & destroys itself, you can then remove it from play as well for an extra 800 points.
